It is often difficult to find the technical skills necessary for ad operations. Alternatively or additionally the trafficking load does not justify a full-time staff member. Add to this the reality and inconvenience of sickness and other absences, that create a need for yet more staff to be recruited or trained in areas outside their key competence, and this becomes an expensive and cumbersome venture.
We at Leanops have specialized in working with large and small publishers and can administer scalable technical ad serving from our office, eliminating some of the headaches mentioned above.

What do we do?

We handle all operational tasks involved in handling adverts on the Internet - including schedule control, technical control, control of delivery times, reminders to agencies, reporting during and after the campaign, management of the booking schedules, loading adverts in adserving systems and assisting with the development of administrative routines for our clients.

Who do we work with?

To us, a publisher is a company, organization or association that has its own website. We work with large and small; our largest clients, for whom we handle all internet advertising, are some of the leading newspapers in Sweden. We also assist other large sites, which are not magazines or newspapers, as well as many medium and smaller enterprises. In total, we work with approximately 60 publishers, in several ad-delivery systems, as determined by our clients.
