Our guidelines
We focus on working according to the Lean production philosophy. For us its main meaning is to continuously study our own processes and try to improve our routines and tools to eliminate waste of time and resources.
Lean is also about meeting customer needs through rigorous process thinking and innovation. That means adding value, by assisting clients to think critically about their online advertising needs and providing advice to help them achieve this.
With this dedication to Lean services we can both save you money and let you focus on your core business while we handle the processes and operations.
These are the 15 Lean principles that guide our work
- We shall always put the customer in the centre and develop methods and processes that give them extra value.
- We will produce just in time.
- We must show respect for partners and suppliers i.e. by helping them to improve.
- We aim at eliminating waste in processes and work.
- We shall make decisions thoroughly, slowly and in coherence and then carry out chosen decisions rapidly.
- We shall be a learning organisation by continuously reflecting and introducing improvements.
- We must use only dependable and well known technology that suits processes and co-workers. Any new technology must be thoroughly tested before it is introduced.
- We shall try to make the workload as even as possible.
- We shall base our decisions on long term thinking, even when it is in conflict with short term financial goals.
- We will try to create continuous processes in order to get problems up to the surface.
- We shall use pull systems like Kanban.
- We must stimulate a culture where processes are stopped in order to solve problems.
- We will continuously standardize work and stabilise the work pace through the system.
- We shall try to use visual systems to steer the processes and work.
- We shall develop and stimulate employees and working teams who follow this philosophy.
